This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

What personal data we collect

We collect the following data when the app crashes (via third-party services like Crashlytics/Firebase):

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • Crash logs / stack trace
  • Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID or instance ID)
  • IP address (may be collected)
  • Date/time of crash

Purpose of processing and legal basis

We use this information solely for diagnosing and fixing bugs, improving app quality and stability. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in providing a stable and functioning app to our users. We ensure that processing is limited, proportionate, and necessary for that aim.

How long we keep your data

We retain crash reports for as long as is reasonably necessary to understand and diagnose bugs. Once a bug is fixed, or after [e.g. 90 days], older crash reports are deleted or anonymized.

Sharing and data transfers

We share crash reports with our service provider Google LLC, which provides the Firebase Crashlytics service. This information is used solely to help us understand and fix app crashes.

Crash reports may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Google applies safeguards to ensure that personal data transferred outside the EEA is protected in line with GDPR requirements. These safeguards include the use of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell or otherwise share personal data with other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
